These Terms apply to your use of the SmartPromptsAI website and to requests submitted via our intake form for Customer Support Chat Pack (USA). If you purchase services, a separate written agreement (or written confirmation of scope) may apply and can override parts of these Terms.

What this service is

Async-only communication

This offer is delivered via email/chat. We do not provide calls as part of the package.

Missing info pauses delivery

If essential information is missing (e.g., policies, access details, examples, constraints), we may pause and request clarification. Timelines depend on timely client responses.

Scope and deliverables

Deliverables are limited to what is stated on the service page and/or in writing during scoping. Requests beyond scope can be declined or handled as an add-on.

One revision round

One revision round is included. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable review window (typically 5 business days after delivery), and must relate to the agreed deliverables. Additional revision rounds may require additional fees.

No guarantees / no risky promises

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact response-time improvements, CSAT increases, cost reductions). Outcomes depend on your inputs, platform constraints, and execution by your team.

Client responsibilities

Confidentiality

We treat client-provided information as confidential and use it only to deliver the work. If you need a formal NDA, we can typically accommodate.

Intellectual property

You own your underlying business content and policies. Upon full payment (if applicable), you receive a license to use the delivered templates and documents internally for your business. Third-party platform names (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with SmartPromptsAI.

Website use

Don’t abuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. Basic human behavior, basically.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartPromptsAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed amounts paid for the applicable services.
